How 2023 Is Going So Far (and check out my personal trading account)

Let's walk through my personal account and break down how things have been going for the past two months of 2023. 

In the first two months of 2023, I am currently up $102,699.35. 

It's amazing for me to see this.

I like to compare these last two months of trading to my former salary as a district manager. What would have taken me an entire 12 months to earn... I've made in two from the comfort of my own home.

This is a reflection of the freedom I talk about. I bought ten months of my year back I normally needed to work full time to earn the same amount. I get to spend time with my family, do the things I love, all while not having to worry about how I'm going to pay my bills.

As we review the trades that contributed to this amount, I want you to pay attention to the percent made from these trades. While yes, some of them are big trades, some of these trades are using smaller trades and amounts.

The percent earned is what's important, whether you're starting with $500, $5000, or even $50,000 in your account. Those consistent 10% returns add up over time. 

Another thing I'd like to mention is I don't sit at my computer all day. 

I don't want to sit at my computer all day.

Many people think in order to make money in the market you have to be watching it every second of the day while the market is open. 

What's also important are the stocks you're trading.

I also only focus on specific stocks - these trades were mainly with Amazon and the SPY. I don't try to find different stocks. I don't sit there for hours trying to find the right company to trade. 

I have my tried and true stocks I stick with that I know really well. 

Knowing the company you're investing in is also a key to making consistent profits, because you're familiar with finding the best times to buy and sell.
